Lauren Carney began her career more than 20 years ago at a small, family-owned design store, where she quickly developed a passion for interior decorating and client-focused service. Starting in a “mom and pop” environment allowed Lauren to build meaningful, lasting relationships with her clients—an approach that continues to define her business philosophy today.

From a young age, Lauren was drawn to new construction and the process of building from the ground up. That early interest evolved into a career centered around design, development, and residential construction. She has earned certifications in Residential Construction and as a New Home Specialist. In addition to her design and construction credentials, Lauren is a licensed Realtor® in the state of New Hampshire supporting buyers and sellers. 

Living just minutes from the beach, Lauren enjoys spending her free time walking the shoreline with her husband and their English Springer Spaniel, Mick.
