Jenna grew up in the family business, so joining the Green and Company team while studying Business Management at the University of New Hampshire was a natural progression. She started her career with Green and Company selling new homes and communities at the age of 19.

Jenna is now involved in all facets of Green and Company including the full development cycle of acquisition, planning, permitting and financing of land parcels and redevelopment sites, construction of residential and commercial properties, and the successful transition of property to new home sales or property management. As a licensed NH and ME Real Estate Broker, Jenna oversees our in-house team of Green and Company agents who handle the marketing and sales of our residential properties.

Additionally, Jenna manages the Green’s investment portfolio and is a partner in Green O’Neill Properties, the property management firm that manages the vast portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties owned by the Greens and their partners.

Jenna has worked on a wide range of projects including multi-family, mixed-use, single-family homes, renovations, and residential land development, and has extensive experience in all facets of real estate from property development, to design, construction, financing, management, marketing and sales. Jenna believes in a hands-on, thoughtful, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to her work which leads to the success of Green and Company’s many projects and achieving the ultimate goal of making our clients confident and happy in making one of life’s biggest investments with us.
