Founder and President of Green & Company, Rick's passion for the real estate business was sparked at a young age from his father who worked in commercial real estate. Rick started his career as a business broker in the Boston area, and expanded into residential real estate sales. Founder and President of Green & Company, Rick's passion for the real estate business was sparked at a young age from his father who worked in commercial real estate. Rick started his career as a business broker in the Boston area, and expanded into residential real estate sales. He knew right away he wanted to be building the properties he was selling, so that's exactly what he did. Rick started building homes and subdivisions in the Plaistow area before he moved to the Seacoast of New Hampshire in 1991.


Since Rick founded Green & Company Building & Development over 40 years ago, he has built and developed hundreds of communities throughout NH, ME and MA and thousands of homes and condominium properties. He has partnered in the development of several commercial properties throughout New England including pharmacies, gas stations and banks. He also owns several residential and commercial rental properties throughout the Seacoast of NH and beyond.


Rick takes prides in building communities and homes with thoughtful attention to detail, utilizing quality construction practices, and leaving his clients with a space they are proud to call home.
